These are the terms for using htp3's services. By engaging us to build your website, you agree to them.
We'll build a complete website for your business based on the information you provide. You'll receive a live URL within three to five business days of submitting your brief. The site is yours to review for as long as you need.
Nothing — until you decide to launch. If you love the site, you'll pay the monthly plan you select to keep it live, hosted, and maintained. If you don't, walk away. No charges, no obligations, no cancellation fees.
While you're a paying customer, we host your site, keep it secure, handle backups, and apply edits you request. Cancel any time with thirty days' notice. After cancellation, we'll send you a copy of your site files; we'll then take the live version offline.
If we register a domain on your behalf, it's yours. We'll transfer it to any registrar you choose, free, on request.
We don't build sites for businesses engaged in fraud, hate, harassment, or illegal activity. We reserve the right to decline any project. If we discover a customer is using our service for any of the above, we may take the site offline immediately.
We do our best to keep your site running, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted uptime. The internet is the internet. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from downtime, data loss, or any other service interruption.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
