Clear work.
Clear terms.
The practical rules behind custom software, websites, workflow tools, and ongoing support.

What we'll do
We will build a focused first version based on the task, workflow, and business information you provide. For a focused demo system, we aim to provide a working version within 24–48 hours after we understand the task. Production systems are scoped separately and may require a longer timeline.
What it costs
Pricing is custom to each engagement. Before paid work begins, we will define the scope, deliverables, ownership terms, hosting or support requirements, and price. If we create a speculative first version and you do not approve it, you can walk away with no charge for that first speculative build.
Ongoing service
When ongoing service is part of your engagement, we host your site or software, keep it secure, handle backups, and apply reasonable updates you request. Cancellation terms, exports, and handoff details are defined in the custom quote or statement of work.
Domains
If we register a domain on your behalf, it is yours. We will transfer it to any registrar you choose, free, on request.
What we won't do
We do not build sites for businesses engaged in fraud, hate, harassment, or illegal activity. We reserve the right to decline any project. If we discover a customer is using our service for any of the above, we may take the site offline immediately.
Warranties
We do our best to keep your site running, but we make no guarantee of uninterrupted uptime. The internet is the internet. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from downtime, data loss, or any other service interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
