Why we started.
We came to this work with backgrounds in engineering, business, and consumer technology, including active-duty military service.
We kept seeing owners and good employees lose hours to basic work that software should handle: copying information, chasing details, answering the same questions, checking five places for one status, or rebuilding the same quote from scratch.
The web once changed what every credible business had to provide. AI is doing it again: raising customer expectations, lowering the cost of routine work, and creating new ways to deliver value. HTP3 Systems exists to help small businesses make that shift while the advantage is still available.
