What we collect

When you contact us by email or submit a solution brief, we keep what you tell us so we can respond and build the requested demo or system. When you visit this website, we collect basic, anonymous traffic statistics such as page views, referrers, and country to understand what is working. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the solution brief to distinguish people from automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser and device signals for that verification. We do not receive those signals; we receive only the verification result.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to train AI models. We don't track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, we keep your information for as long as you are a customer plus seven years for tax and legal records. If you contact us and do not sign up, we delete the conversation after twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email z@htp-3.com and we will handle it within thirty days.
