The fine print, plainly said.
No catch. Every business we approach has a website that's hurting them more than helping them — outdated, slow, or missing. Showing you the rebuild before asking for a dime is how we prove we're worth it. If you don't love what we make, you walk. We eat the build. That's the deal.
Then you walk away. No invoice. No pressure. No follow-up sales pitch. We'd rather eat the build than ship something you're lukewarm about — a site you hate would hurt our portfolio more than the hours we put in.
From the moment you fill out the form, we aim to have a live staging URL within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email the moment it's ready. From there, we iterate with you — typically another few days of tweaks — before we launch on your real domain.
You do. On monthly plans, you own the content and domain; we own and host the code. On the outright purchase, you own everything — full source code, repository access, the works. If you cancel a monthly plan, we can hand off an export so you can self-host elsewhere.
You don't need to. Just email us the change — new hours, a new menu item, a typo — and we ship it the same day. Most of our clients are small business owners who'd rather be running their business than wrestling with a page builder.
Great — keep them. If you're happy with your site, you're not our customer. We only win when you look at what we built and realize what you have now isn't cutting it. No hard feelings either way.
Three-month minimum on monthly plans. After that, cancel any time. If you cancel, you keep the site live through the term you paid for. No auto-renew traps, no early-termination fees. If you want out, you're out.
A small, veteran-owned team. No offshore contractors, no white-label resellers. Every site we ship is built, tested, and shipped by us — and we don't take on more work than we can deliver in 3–5 days per client.
